联盟从2014年初的六人初创小组发展到了今天有近百人的房地产专业人才团队，历年来积极参与各项社区活动，推动行业良性发展，各个经纪人均取得长足的的行业发展和进步。
佐治亚房地产执照经纪人、联盟主席郝地产于2014年发起初创了联盟，并与志同道合的多位经纪人一起不断壮大联盟队伍，创立了联盟16字宗旨：整合资源、共创平台、价值服务、传正能量。
郝地产指出，亚特兰大华人经纪联盟不同于各类民间协会，她是一个由有执照的全职房地产经纪人和相关产业链单位共同合作的专业性极强的房地产服务组织，是一个有着强大服务意识和能力的专业队伍，是一个为千家万户提供优质房地产服务的来自不同公司的合作团体。
房地产服务牵动到每家每户的生活，如何能够提供优质体贴的服务，满足人们住的需求是联盟工作的重中之重。在经济快速发展的亚特兰大，联盟各成员盟友紧密团结起来，在房地产的买卖、建筑、贷款、验房、保险、税务、法律服务以及房屋管理这一系列活动中，依据联邦和州法律的要求，聚合各自优势资源，创建“云规范”体系，分享技术、经验、信息，共同创建分享平台，其本身的目的就是提高各个经纪人以及合作机构的服务意识和水平，大家取长补短，共同进步，创建良好的房地产服务氛围，真正满足人们买卖房屋中的各种不同需求。聚合了多方资源，建立了共享平台，她的功能体现在提高服务价值，提供有高价值的适合不同需求的服务。服务业在美国乃至发达国家都是一个支柱产业，其实她的要求非常高，而不是仅仅完成手续。动辄几十万的资金流动，必然要求其背后的知识、能力要跟得上，支撑的住。联盟所要做的就是物有所值、物超所值，为千家万户提供真正有价值的房地产服务。同时联盟的另一个作用就是在社会上传递正能量，与亚特兰大各个机构和社团一起，多层次多方位的积极参与和支持社区的活动，丰富社区文化，树立良好的行业道德，坚决抵制不良风气。不忘初心，方得始终。联盟在发展过程中，不断涌现出著名经纪人，千万经纪人，很多盟友的业绩令人羡慕。联盟一直在努力中！

Founded in April 24th, 2015, Atlanta Chinese Alliance of Real Estate (CARE) was formally listed as a Georgia 501(C)3 non-profit and non-political organization on October 10th, 2016. Alone with other like-minded agents, CARE created a tenet for the organization with 4 idioms meaning: Integrate resource; Share Platform; Value Services; Deliver Positive Energy.
Since the founding with 6 members in 2015, the CARE has grown to a vast co-op team of almost one hundred members of real estate professionals who are actively engaged in various social events and professional practices. Their positive actions striving for personal growth and healthy competition promotes social and economic advancement for everyone and communities.
We point out, CARE is different from all other community organizations, it is an organization made up of full-time licensed real estate experts and relevant professionals who show an attitude of teamwork and high performance service. This is an organization with specialists working together to provide capable and quality real-estate services for thousands of families and households. All members are coming from different real estate brokerage companies and relevant resources. CARE is a co-op organization, not a real company.
CARE’s goal to provide quality and mindful services to positively impact the lives of every households we contact remains our top priority. Under the rapid growing economy in Atlanta, members work together closely and pool resources in order to abide by and navigate state and federal law, build cloud standard structures, and create a positive and service oriented atmosphere for all parties in real estate including: buy and sale, construction, lending, inspection, insurance, taxation and law services. The purpose for these priorities and actions are to elevate the knowledge, capability and professionalism of our members to satisfy all client needs during a real estate transaction.
The service sector is the foundation pillar of United States and the developed nations. There are tremendous requirements to providing quality service beyond completing paperwork and filing documents. An average real estate professional, on a daily basis, oversees the movement of hundreds of thousands of dollars requiring vast fundamental knowledge and strong personal abilities. CARE must provide these valuable services to be worthy of the cost and even beyond the cost for the community we serve. Our other purpose is to spread positive energy to our society along with other companies and organizations in the Atlanta area by actively participating in community events, expanding our cultural imprint, and establishing virtuous industry ethics. CARE will always strongly oppose harmful industry practices.
During the expansion of the organization, famous agents have kept joining, multi-million agents, many top producing members have enviable performances.
As everyone strive for success, CARE will always remain committed to the ideals it was founded upon.
